We pleased to announce the appointment of Ann Williams as non-executive director of Williams & Co.

Ann has been attending board meetings for some months as part of our longer term planning for the future of the business.

As a non-executive Director, she will not take an active part in the day to day management of the business, but will contribute to the wider governance of the firm including strategic planning, safeguarding stakeholder interests and the wider responsibilities of a director as defined by the Companies Act.
