As a ‘Trade Only’ supplier of plumbing and heating materials, with over 48 years trading experience, Williams & Co currently employs over 350 employees across 40 sites and are looking to recruit a talented and highly motivated Branch Support Manager that will align with the Company’s strong culture and values.
As a branch support manager across our 40 sites, you will excel at building strong relationships with all colleagues and actively motivate and train and develop the teams, you’ll be an effective communicator
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Willingness and ability to travel to all of our branches sometimes at short notice
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Ability to implement and follow up business initiatives
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience of coaching and training
- Industry experience (preferred)
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
In return, you will receive an annual salary between £38-£43k plus opportunity to earn a performance related bonus, along with Private Healthcare, Employee Assistance Programme and Life Assurance Scheme as standard.
