We are happy to tell you that our Romford Trade Counter and deliveries are back up and running as normal! The Trade Counter is open 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, delivering 7 days a week.

Due to staff shortages our Romford Trade Counter will be unable to open its doors to trade today, 19.01.2021. If you have made an order for delivery, there may be a delay to our normal delivery times.
You can find out if one of our other national trade counters are close to you here, or our Trade Support team are available for enquiries or to order for delivery on 01329 226501 from 7am to 8pm 7 days a week, and our website is always available at tradeonlyplumbing.co.uk.
Under normal circumstances we would deploy colleagues from neighbouring Trade Counters to support the team, but given the current COVID situation, we have decided against this course of action.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will update you when we have more information.
