Williams & Co is named one of the best places to work in the UK for the second consecutive year
For the second time we have been listed as one of the best companies to work for in the UK by The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for 2020.
Williams & Co prides itself on three core values: Integrity, Loyalty and Ambition; and these principles are central to working life, alongside the firm’s commitment to never be beaten on service and to constantly raise the bar for customers.
This year 86% of Williams & Co staff participated in the Sunday Times survey and it scored highest for ‘My Team’ and ‘Wellbeing’. This is testament to the company’s drive to ensure it constantly improves its workplace culture and standard of employee wellbeing.

In 2019, the Builders’ Merchants News named Williams & Co as the country’s best Plumbing and Heating Merchant as well as recognising it as offering the Best Customer Service in the industry.
Williams & Co has a strict trade-only policy, supplying its products only to heating and plumbing engineers in the UK.
